Best Gym in Meridian | Want A Gym That You Can Use Ab Rollers At?
Kvell Fitness and Nutrition is the best gym in Meridian to use ab rollers. Ab rollers are a great way to engage your core. For those who don’t know what they are they are the things that have a wheel and two handles on both sides. You get on all fours and grab onto the wheels and roll forward and backward. Making sure your core is engaged at all times. The coaches encourage you to reset and push your hips inward before each time so you don’t end up popping your back out which won’t engage the core as much. We do these movements often, and the good part about that is the fact that we do them for three week phases so you really learn how to ab roll correctly and get better and better at it for three weeks. Almost all of the movements we do engages your core. You can engage your core doing almost everything, but you won’t be doing a whole lot of ab movement sets. A lot of other gyms or if you are working out on your own to dedicate a certain amount of time for just your abs. You go and lift or do some cardio at a box them then the last portion of your workout you dedicate to just do sets and reps of different ab movements. That works just fine! But Kvell does it differently. Almost all of the movements Kvell does engages your core, so you won’t have to sit and just workout your abs at the end of your workout. For a lot of people they dread that final bit of exercise. But here you won’t have to dread any part of the workout.
Kvell fitness and nutrition is the best gym in Meridian to engage your core but using equipment like ab rollers. Ab rollers are something we use often and they engage almost all parts of your core. A lot of the time we do a high intensity movement that get your heart rate high and your blood flowing, then we slow it back down by doing ab rollers slowly and properly. This is extremely difficult for some because they are still breathing heavily. We either do ab rollers or hand walkouts for the other levels. Hand walkouts can be done for level 1 or 2 movements which will also engage all parts of your core and lats and even glutes and hamstrings. We do hand walkouts in our warm up as well to really work all parts of the body.
When you do hand walkouts you still are expected to engage your core and make sure your back is straight and your hips are inwards. This will create an even better movement. You will also be doing this in a set with other movements as well usually movements that increase your heart rate. Hand walkouts and ab rollers are great exercising, a lot of gyms don’t have ab rollers so we just suggest doing hand walkouts instead if you are traveling or are not going to Kvell that day.
