Kvell’s training phases change every three weeks. That means every three weeks there will be another weeks worth of movements. You will see the same movements for three weeks at a time. Three weeks because it takes time for you to learn movements and really get them down. By week three we want you to be confident in the movements and be able to focus on challenging yourself. Week three is the most intense week.
Week three is where you are an expert at the movements you have been learning previously and now you get to challenge yourself and go a full 100%. We want you to feel like you have no more reps you can take because you are challenging yourself so hard. This week is where you go all out. Then the week after will be a recovery week, the start of a new phase. Where everyone is learning the same moves. Kvell is the best gym in Meridian because it has all three weeks. There can be some of the same movements you might be familiar with, depending how long you have been coming to Kvell. But there could be some moves that you have never seen before.
All three weeks will be an intense workout. Because we incorporate both strength training and cardio, you are getting both kinds of workout in one movement. Depending on the phase you might be focusing more on endurance, or density or stretch. It will change, but each movement will incorporate some sort of both cardio and strength training. Even if you are just lifting dumbells, you will be getting cardio training because everything is timed out perfectly so you are getting the quickest and most effective workout in only 45 minutes.
Kvell Fitness and Nutrition is a challenging quick workout. You will leave and feel accomplished and challenge each time. And if you are someone who likes to go everyday. We are also a safe place to workout, so we suggest taking it easy every other day. You will still get a great workout in, but just use lighter weights, or don’t do as many reps.
