Muscles get stronger almost overnight but tendons and ligaments take at least 3-6 months. They take awhile to get strong and that is why we have three different levels of work. Three different levels are great so you can come to Kvell no matter what your fitness level is. Each level will have different movements that will work for your fitness level the best. Kvell Fitness and Nutrition has both fitness and nutrition. Density is for both. Sometimes when you are plateauing with your weight loss it has to do about density. Eating more calorie dense foods might change your metabolism. Changing up your metabolism and eating healthy, calorie dense foods could help with your metabolism and processing your foods. You can eat a lot of food when it is healthy such as broccoli. It will help keep you full for longer. Rather than eating food that is bad for you and it won’t keep you full for as long and you have to eat more to be full. Like eating mcdonandles you won’t get as full as eating some chicken broccoli and rice. 

Kvell fitness and nutrition is the best gym in Meridian because you we have density phases for fitness. Our fitness works in three week training phases , every three weeks it is a different phase and sometimes the phase is a density phase. This will help increase how much weight you can lift and how much resistance you can use. But you will do less reps. So you will have more resistance with your bands, you will have heavier kettlebells. You will use heavier dumbells and just do 5 reps rather than 10. The phase will be timed differently and you have a less likely chance of sweating as much because you will be going slower and more steady and will do two different movements and switch back and forth with the two for seven minutes. 

Some phases focus on more endurance things which will mean you will sweat more. Density phase is nice because the coach can really come around and make sure your movements are correct. Making sure your movements are correct will help reduce the injury. You will be doing the movements for a long time so the coach can really dial in on everything you need to change and everything you can keep doing.
