A lot of our clients either live in Meridian and work in Boise, or live in Boise and work in Meridian so it’s really convenient for the people that do that because they can get their workout done whenever they want at either location. Kvell is only 45 minutes so you can even come in during your lunch break, or right after work so you can workout while the traffic dies down as well. Now Kvell has won tons of rewards and we are in the nomination round to be the Best of Idaho. How awesome is a small business over powering all the big gyms around the area. It shows how committed we are to excellence and serving each and every one of our clients. We have personally asked them for reviews and we monitor each time a review gets posted. 

Kvell fitness and nutrition cares so much about our clients that if we don’t have 5 stars we personally ask them what is wrong and what we can improve. Throughout the promo process for the people that have 21 days, we even ask them how our coaches are doing so we know if we should be changing anything or now. We think that is possible and our goal is to keep the excellence the same even when we get bigger and bigger. 

The team’s values and the gym’s core values will stay the same and we talk about them every week. As a team we get together every single week to go over what we can improve, tell each other what we recognize about each person and go over the positives of our week. Every single morning we have a huddle where we talk about the day wins, and touch base with everyone of the team members and our clients, if one of the clients said something, the whole team will know and become aware of the next morning. Such as if someone became pregnant, the other coaches will know immediately so the client won’t even have to tell the coach next time they see them. 

Kvell Fitness and Nutrition has two locations right now, the Boise location has been open for more than 10 years. The Meridian location has been open for about 6 months. Both of these locations are continually growing. Growing so much that we are thinking of expanding to Eagle very soon. Once we expand everything will stay the same, same coaches, same team, same goals and same values.
