Kvell does all sorts of movements from squats, lunges to side squats to deadlifts to stiff leg deadlifts. All of these movements will help tone your butt and work on your glutes. These movements will help with your hamstrings, and having strong legs help your back feel better and helps you do your everyday activities better. Kvell works on squats, all kinds of squats. We even do movements such as power ball slams movements which will help you get conditioning and glute work. And we do skater squats which are a more cardio version of squats as well.

So you will never feel burnt out of doing a certain movement or working a certain part of your body for too long because you won’t even know you are working that portion. That is why sometimes we encourage you to use less weight, because when you lose less weight in some movements it only requires your small muscles to be activated which will help make them stronger.
