Kvell is the best gym in Eagle for endurance training. Endurance training is really important to do. When you do endurance training it will increase your cardiovascular health. It will increase your overall health. You won’t you’ll be preventing a lot of other illnesses as well. Endurance is super important. We’ve seen a lot of people in dirt have increased endurance even just by doing this. A lot of people like running and this is a good place to increase your endurance to run. Endurance doesn’t not need to be running 2 hours on a treadmill. Endurance training doesn’t need to be long and boring. Endurance training can be done with metabolic resistance training. That’s what we do at Kvell. Every single day is a total body workout. Total body workout assumes a report to make sure you get the best workout possible. We don’t want to waste your time here we want to make sure you get in and get out and go about the rest of your day. You don’t need to do strength training and then doing cardio later on. You won’t have any machines here. We do strictly body-weight resistance bands and Equipment movements.

You won’t see any machines here because we don’t like machines here. Kvell is the best gym in Eagle for endurance training because you won’t be running on the treadmill. You won’t be spending hours doing endurance training. All you’ll be doing is working out and it will take about 25 minutes and it will be included in the workout. Endurance and more conditioning focused workouts on Saturdays. Saturday mornings are fun because it is endurance and conditioning Focus workouts. When it’s a normal day it is both endurance and strength training all in one. That’s metabolic resistance training is somewhat like a hit workout. That’s what hit workouts are. Or hit workouts he’s a little less body weight but these views bodyweight and weights as well.

We use equipment such as resistance bands. We used equipment such as dumbbells. Music we’ve been to such as kettlebells. We use different kinds of equipment. Use your own body weight for some. We use Jungle Jim’s and all the above. Different equipment or different parts of your body. He might be doing push ups on three different kinds of equipment. But they will all work different things. We have three different levels so no matter what your Fitness level is are going to work at the same time that is good because when you work out and might be tough to all work out next to someone who is doing the same thing you’re not doing the same thing. I’ll is up to you.

It’s up to you what level you are at but you know your body more than we do. We recommend starting level 1 no matter what. Kvell is the best gym in Eagle to work on your endurance. No matter what level you are and you’re going to work on your endurance and strength training all in one. It’s the best of both worlds. It’s a group setting that’s only 45 minutes long and you were going to get in and get out. We do foam rolling and warm up as well and not 45 minutes long. The workout itself is about 25 minutes and all I need to do is come three times a week to get a good workout in.
