Each week our staff gets together and we talked about our clients. We make sure we are on the same page with each person. If someone gets injured, we let each other know in the beginning of the day. Each day we have a huddle where all the staff gets together on the phone and talks about any concerns that the client has, any input that each staff member has about a client or about our gym or about what we are doing. We are constantly improving and constantly stay at keeping each other in the loop with our clients. When everyone is in the loop, there is no miscommunication between each coach. Because we have different locations, the coaches go to each one, but it’s hard to get to know everyone story that way.
