We want you to touch your toes when you are 100 years old. Every 3 months we develop a new warm up. The warm-up will consist of getting your heart rate up and stretching. Right now it’s a downward dog motion and then some squats. And then side to side lunges. We want to help with your flexibility, mobility and Joint stability. A lot of our clients start the warm up in their heels and don’t touch the ground doing it downward dog. And by the end of the three months their heels too. A lot of our clients still can’t touch their toes when they start Kvell. But three months down the road they can touch their toes.
