Hip hinge movements will work your whole body. Hip hinge is movements like squats and lunges and glute Bridges. Glute bridges is a really good way to work your hip hinge movements. Hip hinge movements can be squats. Squats are good to work your glutes hamstrings and quads. If you’re holding a kettlebell or dumbbell then it works your arms as well. And if your back isn’t grounded and it looks straight then it will be working your ads as well. Squats are really good movement to make sure your whole body is focused and dialed in. The coach won’t do it make sure you’re doing it properly. Another workout is lunges. Lunges are really good too but if your knees hurt then you can do a split Squat and it will still work the same movement to just make sure that your knees won’t be hurting.
