Muscles get stronger almost overnight but sends maintenance take a bit of time. Tendons and ligaments take all three to six months.We got your tendons and ligaments to be strong because we don’t want you to get injured. And your tendons and ligaments are strong then you won’t get us in here. We don’t want you to leave because you have tendonitis. We want you to stay consistent and stay through throughout the whole program. You stay consistent that means coming two to three times a week. Three times a week is optimal. That’s all it takes to get stronger. So it takes to get stronger three times a week.

All you do is come in for a 45 minute-long group session and you’re going to get a good workout in. You’re going to get stronger. He’s going to get more time. We also do another program called which is our strength training and are downstairs location. When we do that that is just strictly strength training. You’ll be a little warm up. And then you will learn the correct form of how to do squats, how to do shoulder presses, how to do chest presses and all of the above. You are going to learn the form and strictly strength training.

The owner himself teaches that right now. He is training that and it is in the mornings in a Boise location.
