Kvell is the best gym in Eagle because of the total body workout. It’s a 45 minute-long total body workout. That means you’re going to get a good workout in 45 minutes. And you get a good workout in and only 45 minutes to get in the most effective workout possible. The actual Workout Part is only 25 to 30 minutes long. The first part is just foam rolling and the warm up. You will also see a demo to work out. But I’ll be included in the 45 minutes. Only 45 minutes because your time is important. Your time is important to us and important to you. We understand that everyone is busy. Are Kvellians super busy people and we want to make sure that we can work around them. You want to make sure we can work around your schedule. Yes times all throughout the day to make sure that you can come to the song one of the sessions. We just need you to come to one session. Coming to three sessions a week is awful. That’s where you are going to get the results. That’s three times a week. That’s 3 hours out of your day. That is nothing. We want to make sure that you can do that and then you’re going to get the results you’ve always wanted. If you come to 8 to 11 that’s okay too but that’s just staying consistent. That means it’s about two to three times a week. Coming 8 to 11 sessions is still a good amount of time. But we also want you to push yourself for that three times a week.
Each day the total body workout so you don’t need to worry about missing leg day. You don’t worry about missing arm day. You don’t even worry about missing your chest. You were going to get a good workout every single weekday. We were going to get a total body workout every single day that means you’re going to be totally sore. Because it’s a total body workout you’re going to be total body sore and you’re going to be sore in places that you never thought possible. You’re going to be sore in the little muscles. But that’s okay. That’s what’s coming in again and foam rolling and warming up is for. You might be sore but coming in and doing that is the most important part.
You might be sore the first day after the workout. But you might be more sore the second day. Anymore so the second day that’s the most important time to come back and work out. Get your body moving again. Then your body is going to slowly start getting used to working out. Again by body is going to get used to having a days in between after recovery. Want you to have to recover so your muscles can recover. If you don’t give yourself time to recover then your muscles have no time to build back up. Your muscles will continue to break down but never build back up so you will never get the strength that you always wanted. Your muscles won’t ever have time to recover. We want you to have time to recover so that’s why I recommend going every other day.
When you come to the gym every other day and that’s when we are going to get the best results. But we want you to work around your schedule. Everything play the total body workout so you can come whenever it works best for your schedule.
