Squatting is good to work your legs. I want you to have strong legs. Every day is a total body workout so you most likely be doing something with squatting. When you do something squatting then you’ll be working your legs. There’s different kinds of movements. You can do lunges as well. But squatting is where it’s at. Squatting will help you work your glutes. It will help you work your legs. It will help you work your quads.

Working all of your leg muscles is important. Goblet squats will help work your arms. Goblet squats can be done with a kettlebell or dumbbell.
