We have three different levels so if you want to do level 1 the whole workout you can. If you want to switch off from Level 1 and Level 2 that you can do that as well. We want to make sure your tendons and ligaments are strong in level 1 is where you strengthen your tendons and ligaments. We don’t want you to get injured because he wants to stay healthy and want you to stay fit throughout this whole time at home. Kvell is the best gym in Eagle to customize your workouts because if you’re just starting a level 2 and you’re getting tired throughout the week throughout the workout then you can move down a level 1 movement. As long as you’re keeping your body moving. That’s the most important part keeping your body moving is the most important part because then you keep your body sweating. Level one is just as challenging as level 3 sometimes.

Just because you’re starting a level one does not mean that you are not challenging yourself. Level one is challenging and level 3 is challenging. Level two is challenging as well. Level one can be almost entirely done with your own body weight so if you only have bodyweight stuff and you don’t have any equipment and level one is for you. Level one else will get a great workout in. Level one will get you sweating and I’ll make you sore the rest of the day. But that’s the most important time to come in and work out. That’s the most important time to work out and follow the foam rolling video on top of the warm-up and then you get your body moving again.

But you can come as many times as you’d like. You have an unlimited membership so you can do it as many times as you would like. But we just recommend three-time starting off three times. If your type likes to come in every single day then come in and go hard one day and go level two movements. But then the next day do level 1 movements and take it a little easier. Going to take it a little easier to your second day all be more of an active recovery day for you. And then you can come in and go hard or second day after that and do level three movements because we’ll be even stronger.
