You don’t have to come here early to start foam rolling, the first seven minutes of the 45-minute session will be foam rolling. So all you have to do is show up, change your shoes, grab a foam roller and start foam rolling right on the dot. Foam rolling helps decrease muscle imbalances, it also helps improve joint range of motion. Foam rolling also relieves muscle soreness and joint stress with foam rolling.
