A lot of people spend hours at a box gym just doing cardio. They spend an hour of cardio and then an hour of strength training how much takes up more than two hours of their day. This is a long day at the gym. And you don’t need to be spending that much time at the gym. If you get a 20 minute workout in and that’s better than nothing and 25 to 30 minute long workout is just enough for your muscles to get really strong without breaking down anymore.
