Working hard sometimes it’s the last thing you want to do. You’ve had a long day and you want to take it easy. You don’t have to work hard all the time. We recommend going and working hard three times a week. Every other day is optimal. They’ll never expect you to schedule. Are three-week cohesive training phases are cohesive so as long as you can come to 3 then you are going to get optimal results. Working hard every single day might cause you to burn up and break down. We want your muscles to recover as well. When your muscles have time to recover you are going to be working harder the days that your muscles have already recovered. We recommend going hard on Mondays than active recovery on Tuesdays and going hard Wednesdays active recovery on Thursdays going hard Fridays. Saturdays are fun because they’re more conditioning based. That means your muscles don’t work as hard but your body still works hard and you will work up a sweat and you will earn your weekend.
