You will learn the proper form because the coaches are trained like the back their hand to look at every single movement that everyone is doing. You’ll be separated into groups. The sessions at 25 so the coach will still be able to get around to everyone. A lot of the movements are new to everyone. They might be doing some more movement than an old gym or they might have never been to a gym before but everything will be new to them. We want to make sure that everyone’s form is proper and correct so you don’t injure yourself and you getting the most effective workout possible. Proper form is super important to get the most effective workout. We are a total body workout every single time but you’re for me stick be correct so you get the total body workout. If you’re not engaging your core than it is not a total body workout. The coaches are designed to help make sure that you are engaging your core and making sure you are working out every part of your body. When we work on little movements for a little muscles did you want to make sure that your phone is cracked and you’re not using too much weight so you can work on those little muscles. 

For example, we do resistance bands work and a lot of the resistance band work is to train your smaller muscles. We do resistance band pull aparts and if you have to part of a resistance band in your bigger muscles take over when we want you to work your smaller muscles. The total body workout no matter what kind of muscles you have. Kvell is the best gym in Eagle because you will learn the proper form of each and every one. You will learn which weights you should use in which way is he should not use depending on your Fitness level.

Depending on your Fitness level you will learn which weights you should use by reducing the risk of injury. You using two heavyweights then you can get in there quickly because your muscles or tendons and ligaments aren’t strong enough. But we also want you to get a challenging workout in so if your muscles or tendons in your ligaments are strong enough then we encourage you to use heavier weight. We can modify each and every movement depending on any injuries or passengers you have. We just want to make sure that you are cleared by a doctor before working out with us.

If you do have any injuries just let the coaches know when we’ll be able to modify every single movement. You may have different movements Modified by different coaches. But they will still be working the same muscles as you would be doing the regular movements. Just because one coach does something differently does not mean it’s wrong. And working three-week training for the sea want just to learn in and forget about it. You will learn it and really practice it and so it will become a muscle memory.
