Kvell is here for everyone. We have events outside of just our gym sessions. For the Kvell members they are monthly community events such as watching the holiday parade together, which is coming up. We are going to have a hot protein drink made from our nutritionist herself. We will have coffee, tea and fit donuts made with protein. You won’t have to worry about the holiday food here because everything will be healthy. We ensure that you will still stay on tract while eating and drinking something yummy and having fun watching the parade with your friends and family and Kvell family! 

Another event we hosted in October is a pumpkin carving event. Clients brought their friends and family and carved pumpkins in the gym, they got to know other Kvellians and the kids kept busy and had tons of games for them to play. We played foam rolling bowling and had glow sticks and pumpkin pong. It ended up the adults were carving the pumpkins while the kids played, but it still felt as though they carved them. Some of the older children were able to carve their own. There were so many cool pumpkins now they can show off to the rest of their family and all the trick or treaters for halloween. The event we are having in December is going to be a paint and sip night. Where we will have all the supplies and you are going to paint with all your Kvell friends and family while sipping on boise juice company. This will be a fun way to paint something for the holidays, we are hiring a painting to show you how. You can bring your friends and family and have a friendly competition over who paints the best. Boise juice co will cater and the painter will show you how it is done. All you have to bring is your creative minds and the rest is brought for you. This will be a great way to destress before the holidays and get your mind prepared for December! 

Kvell is going to have an event each month to get the Kvellians to get to know each other and have fun outside of the gym. Everyone in Kvell give off the Kvell phrase, happy and proud in a community setting so everyone gets along really well. Kvell is full of happy and fun people.
