We do 45 minute group session Mark out so you can get a quick and effective workout in 45 minutes long. We get everyone busy so that’s why it’s quick. But it’s also an effective workout. It’s an effective workout because it is a challenging workout. It is something that the owner has researched his whole life and he has made the best workout possible for you. 45 minutes is a good amount of time so everyone can get a good workout in. 45 minutes long is the perfect amount of time so it’s not too long and not too short. You will still get a great workout. We’re metabolic resistance training. Metabolic resistance training focuses on strength and endurance all the same time. You will use a resistance band. You use your own body weight. You’ll use different things. But for the most part you’re going to use your own body weight and things like dumbbells and equipment like kettlebells. You don’t use any sort of Machine.
We don’t use any machines at Kvell. You do both your strength and endurance training all the same time. Kvell is the best gym in Eagle to work out because it’s for everyone. We have three different levels so no matter what your Fitness level is everyone to work at the same time. These levels are customizable. So if you’re stronger in your legs you can go ahead and move up in levels. It’s customizable and we can modify all the movements. We have three full-time trainers so they can help you with your movements as well.
We want to help you with your movements and remind you don’t get injured. We are low impact her aboard movements that help make sure that you stay safe.
