If you can come in three times a week than that is optional. If you come in less then you may be able to maintain the results. You come in two times a week then that’s maintaining what you have. You won’t get worse and you won’t gain weight. But you won’t get better either. Coming in three times a week and bringing your A-game every single time. That’s when you are going to see results. Making the gym and exercise a priority is hard to do for some people. A lot of people at super busy lives and the last thing they can do is go to the gym. But we want to make it so it is a priority. So if you want to see the same movements for 3 weeks then I suggest coming in Monday Wednesday Friday. Or Tuesday Thursday Saturday or just the same days each week.
