The week one of her training faces is where you go fix it at 60% intensity. This is where you will feel like you have half the Reps in the tank. You will go until you feel like you could go for double. You will stop when you feel like you will have five out of 10 reps done. You will take it slow and learn what the form feels like. This is where you will figure out what weights are optimal for you. This is where you will learn each movement and you will have a lot of time in between to recover. This is where you don’t go as hard as you can because we don’t want you to bring up and break down and get too sore during your first week.
Week 2 is where you get to practice the movements. Every day of the week Monday through Saturday you’ll see different movements on the board. But it will be the same movements as you saw in week one. It will be the same movements and weeks for you as well. On Monday you will see the same move into saw last Monday. That’s where you really get the practice and increase your intensity. You will either move up in weights. You will either do more reps. Kvell is the best gym in Eagle because of a 3-week training phases.But you’ll go with 75 to 85% intensity. You will still feel like you have more reps in the tank but you will still feel like you are getting tired.
Week 3 is where you challenge yourself. Week 3 is where you get to expand room for capacity. We three is where you go all out. Week 3 is real feel like you were running from a bear because you are going as hard as you possibly can because your life depends on it. We three is where you feel like you will have absolutely no more reps in the tank. When you feel like you have absolutely no more reps in the tank and you can’t go any longer than that’s when you know you were challenging yourself and expanding a room for capacity. This is where you will gain confidence because you won’t really feel like you’ll be able to do it but you will. You will be so tired but you will feel accomplished because you may have never done that before.
Each week is an increase in intensity. Each week you will raise your work. And decrease your rest.. This will come in handy because you won’t burn up and break down and every 3 weeks to get a recovery week. Every 3 weeks to get the challenge yourself and you get to rest the next week. It will be something to look forward to after challenge beat. A lot of our clients don’t realize their potential. One of our clients has never been able to do a plank before. There was a plank on week 1 and week 2 and when it came to We Three she realized that she was able to do a full plank for the whole 45 seconds. She’s never done a plane before but with practice and consistency she was able to do it. She was so happy and that is what we want everyone to feel like.
