Kvell Fitness and Nutrition has different workouts every day of the week. Kvell is the best gym in Eagle for different workouts and different movements. Every day of the week the board, the screen, the movements will be different. But we work in three week training phases, which means Mondays movements are mondays movements, Tuesday’s movements are Tuesday’s movements, Wednesday’s movements are wednesday’s movements, Thursday’s movements are thursday’s movements, Friday’s movements are friday’s movements and Saturdays movement’s are Saturday’s movements all three weeks. No matter what time you in during the week on a certain day, so on Monday. You will see the same movements throughout the whole day, and the rest of the three weeks. This way, if you and your friend or you and your spouse come in the same day but for different times you can still talk about the workout because you will have done the same movements throughout the day. This way you will be sore in the same places, you will be able to bond over how great the workout was. And you can compare to each other how strong you are or things like that. If your spouse went in the morning before work, you will be more motivated to go after you get off work because it will be a friendly competition. 

Kvell Fitness and nutrition offer a spouse rate membership as well. If spouse one chooses one of our membership options then spouse two gets a flat rate at a cheaper price. That way you two can keep each other accountable for coming in and working out. It is a great way to stay motivated and accountable for each other. Kvell is the best gym in Eagle for different workouts. Because we work in three week training phases, every three weeks we design a brand new workout. The workout will be different than anything else done before. It will be a total body workout but it will have a different focus. 

Sometimes the focus is on strength training. Sometimes the focus is on endurance training. Sometimes the focus is on density training. It changes all the time you will never get bored. We are on over 190 different phases and we will continue to design them in house by the owner himself. He designs each and every workout and continues to think of new movements and new things to do in order to get a quick and effective workout in. Everything has been researched immensely so you can get a great workout in no matter what phase it is. We understand everyone has different interests, so some people may not love the endurance phase and others do, but each and every one is important for your body. 

Kvell Fitness and nutrition is the best gym in Eagle for the different movements. Because every three weeks it is different you will never get bored with the workout. The movements are the same for the three weeks, but the timing or weights changes each time. The first week you will either usually have a longer rest time than work time. Then it gets increasingly more challenging for the three weeks. We usually increase the weights or reps or sets as well depending on what the week is and what the phases is focusing on.
