Kvell Fitness and Nutrition will help make sure your form is correct. A lot of people have been to the gyms and been working out their whole life but have never had a trainer or anyone telling them they are doing the movements wrong. We are here to correct your form and make sure you are reducing the risk of injury and still getting the most out of every single movement. It’s little changes such as putting your hips in rather than sticking them out when doing a squat. Doing that as little changes will help increase the movements and make it a total body workout. It will be just  little changes that will make you will feel a huge difference if you are sore or not the next day.

Kvell Fitness and Nutrition is not the place to be sore. We don’t encourage the saying “no pain no gain”, we simply want you to get a quick and effective workout in 45 minutes. Kvell Fitness and Nutrition is the best gym in Eagle to work on your form. We are here to make sure that your form is correct because the coaches have been trained with every single movement. They are trained to see if you are doing it properly and what you need to change in order to make the most out of the movement. Making sure your hips are inward will engage your core more and will make a squat more of an ab workout is as well. It will be a little changes like this that will make a huge difference. The movements have been researched immensely and fully. There is a reason we do everything we do and that is why so many of our clients see results within three months of joining us. 

A lot of people injure themselves when their form is incorrect. If there knee is in during a lunge rather than facing more out it will hurt their knees. Or they just go too hard too fast and burn up and break down. We want to reduce risk of injury that is why we correct every single movement and make the most of every movement while making sure your form is correct. The coaches will push you but still make sure you were in the right level at the right time so you’re not overdoing it. We work in 3 week training phases to make sure that you get a recovery week you get to practice the movements and get the challenge yourself all in three weeks.
