Consistency is key. It takes consistency to get results and that is why we encourage you to come three times a week. If you’re not consistent then you’re not going to get the results. Kind of like brushing your teeth for example. If you brush your teeth for 2 hours on the weekends but no time during the week then your teeth are going to be gross. We need you to stay consistent with working out. If you stay consistent with brushing your teeth everyday for 2 minutes then your teeth will be good to go. It’s a lot like that. You’re not going to see the results if you come to the gym six times in three days to try and get as many times as you can in. Your body will not like that.
