A lot of people don’t focus on their upper body as much as the lower body. We are here to change that, we don’t just work all your big muscles in your upper body. We work even small muscles. We encourage resistance bands training and we do a lot of movements with resistance bands which work the smaller muscles in your upper body as well as the bigger muscles. Sometimes we even encouraged to just focus on the little muscles and don’t let the big muscles take over. We will do a lot of movements in your upper body because having strength in your upper body is very important for your everyday life.

Having a total body workout every time means you will incorporate both upper body and lower body movements.
