We work your glutes for three different levels. Sometimes with level ones it’s just your own body weight. When it’s your own body weight than you still work your glutes just in different ways. It may not burn as much but if you do more of them than it will. We have different training phases and some of the phases mean and require you to use heavier weights with less reps. And some require you to use less weight and more reps. Each time it will make sure that your glutes are engaged. Having strong legs is super important and that’s when your glutes will start activate at the Best Gym in Eagle.

Lot of people these days want that big toned butt. And that’s where we will get it. Getting glute focused workouts in will help you with your dream but. We do movements like hip thrust and hip hinge movements to really work all parts of your glutes. We use resistance bands we use boxes. We don’t do any high-risk movements though so we will never see box drums at Kvell. You may stand on the box and lift yourself up which will help activate your side glute.

Our movements are all low impact high-reward movements. We do not want you to get injured. And if you overwork yourself with your legs then it could lead to things like tendonitis in your knees. We want to make sure that you don’t get tendonitis and you don’t injure yourself. If you do have any sort of injuries then we’re able to modify every single movement. We are able to modify anything. A lot of people have bad knees and a lot of these movements require your knees. But you can still get the same workout in and the same muscles activated even if you don’t do the work out that we have. The coaches will be able to modify each and every movement and you’ll get a good workout in. Some of the coaches have different ideas for what to do but they’re all correct.

There are correct and they may work the same muscles and they may work different muscles but you’ll still get the same quick and effective workout and cohesively, you will be working the same muscles.
