Kvell is the best gym in Eagle to take it easy.  When you come in sometimes you can come in and go hard but you can also come in and just get up off the couch. You can come in and get moving and take it easy because you still get a good workout in. You might not get the best workout in but taking it easy is important too. Recommend every other day taking it easy. If you’re the type that likes to come into the gym every single day because that’s part of your routine and go for it. We highly suggest you take it easy every other day. We want you to go hard every other day and then take it easy the next few days just to make sure you get those muscles are covered. Taking it easy is not as important as well. Active recovery is just as important as exercising. If you don’t have the active recovery then your muscles will continue to break down and break down and never get back up. Your muscles will never build back up because they don’t have the time to recover. We don’t want that. We want your muscles to break down and grow. When they break down and they have time to recover then they will grow stronger. When they keep breaking down they don’t have time to get stronger. But recovery is important. Recovery is different for everyone. Some people can go everyday because their bodies used to recover overnight. Some people need a day. But the most important part is getting back on that second day.

Taking it easy could mean nutrition as well. We want you to take it easy with nutrition and go and meal prep on Sundays and you can take it easy with the cooking on the weekdays. Taking it easy on the cooking means you don’t have to cook Because You Loved Me All prepped everything on Sunday. That makes your life really easy. But it’s also very important because then you don’t have the temptation of going to get something to eat. Say you have a really long day and you’re up at 3 and back home by 7 p.m. and the last thing you’re going to do is chop up vegetables. The last thing I’m going to do is cook chicken. You’re going to stop and get something quick to eat because all you want to do is go to bed. All you’re going to want to do is go to bed you’re going to be really tired and craving junk food. But when you have something in the fridge ready for you to go already then I have to heat it up and that’s quicker than even getting something to eat and a drive-thru.
