Each coach has a different way of coaching. Some of the coaches want you to work harder. Some of the coaches I want you to make sure your form is correct. All the coaches have the same values in mind. All the coaches want you to prevent getting injured and to get the foundational Fitness in. Even if you’re moving your body is better than not doing anything. But we want to be pushing you and encouraging you to go to heavier weights as long as your tendons and ligaments are strong. Pushing herself both mentally and physically is hard. You were going to think that you can’t do it but you can’t. You can do anything you put your mind to and develop the first place to start. You may think that a group session might not be for you. But the first thing to do is just show up and try it out. When you try it out then that’s the first step of success. Will be the first step of success in the first. Getting mentally strong will help you become more confident. You were going to think you can’t do something but when you can do it one time you can do it multiple times. You’re going to realize you can do it because you will do it before. You never did it before but now is your time to start.

The coaches will push you as long as they think your tendons and ligaments are strong enough. Non scientific way to see if your tendons and ligaments are strong then wobbling doing them up movements. If you were wobbling doing a lunge then you are tendons and ligaments aren’t strong enough. But the coaches will notice that the coaches will tell you to go down. Want to prevent injury as much as possible but we also want to push you and make sure that you are working hard. Kvell is  the best gym in Eagle To push yourself. We will push ourselves to go harder. Because we want you to challenge yourself and feel accomplished afterwards.

When you leave feeling accomplished then you’re going to come back every single time. Every single time you’re going to feel to accomplish. If you don’t then you probably didn’t push yourself hard enough. If you feel like you could have gone harder than you probably could have. But we also want you to take it easy if you’re going every single day. Feeling every single day that we want you to take it easy some days to give you muscle some time to recover. It’s okay to not go hard every single time. It is okay to not feel sore after a workout you were still getting a good workout in. It’s optimal if you don’t feel sore because then you can go about your day feeling normal.

A lot of Fitness Industries say no pain no game but that is not true. He will still gain A lot of fitness and Improvement even if you’re not sore. If you’re not sore than that doesn’t mean you’re not working hard enough it just means that your body is feeling good and that your body can handle what you’re doing. First couple times you probably will be sore because that’s just what happens when you work new muscles of your body. But when you work them long enough you might come in and not be as sore and that is okay. We don’t want you to be so sore that you can’t move.
