Squatting is a really good lower-body movement. You were going to learn a lot when you squat. Make sure your phone is cracked. The coaches are there to make sure you’re doing everything properly and your form is correct so you’re getting the best workout possible. I will make sure you get the best workout possible. Because we don’t want to waste your time. We don’t want to waste your time by doing movements that might not be as effective. We want to make sure the movements are effective so you get the best workout possible in the time that you’re here.
