We have all different kinds of resistance bands. Resistance bands that are only on your legs. We have resistance bands that are smaller. We have bigger resistance bands as well. We have all different kinds of resistance bands. We have resistance bands that I’m more. We have less intense resistance bands as well. You have all different kinds no matter what your fitness level is. We have it. The red band is an average size. They weren’t being the easiest resistance band. Those are good for shoulder presses. Those are good for people that aren’t as strong. Those are good for a lot of people. It’s even good when you are doing a lot of reps. Because your arms will get tired.
If you want to start with a red resistance band and move down to White that’s okay. You can move down to Orange. We also have purple ones. Those are even harder. We have purple ones and we have harder ones as well. We have harder ones and less hard ones. It all depends on what your fitness level is and how hard you want to work that day. You can do a leg workout while working out your shoulders as well. It’s all up to you what you want to do. But we’re going to have a program for you.
