Getting the hang of things is hard sometimes. But soon you’ll get the hang of things. To get the hang of things because the coach was there all the time. If you were working out 3 times a week consecutively and consistently than you’re going to get the hang of things quicker. It’s all about you staying countable and keep you accountable. If you’re coming in once a week then you might not get the hang of things as quickly as someone that’s coming in three or four times a week. We want you to learn a movement in the beginning of training Phase 1 and master it by week 3. We want you to learn it and then Master it because that’s the most important part. We want you to learn these movements. We don’t want you to see something and I’ll say it again for a couple weeks and then have to relearn it.
