Kvell is the best gym in Boise to do low-impact movements. I’d be doing a bunch of low-impact movements when you’re doing level 1 movements. Even level 2 and level 3 movements are low impacts. That means there’s going to be bored low-risk movements. You’re not going to be hurting yourself. And not going to be doing something that you don’t feel comfortable doing. I’m going to be balanced and you’re going to feel good about everything that you were doing. If you don’t then let the coach know. Something hurts let the coach know and they’ll be able to modify it. Low-impact movements are super important to not get injured. We want you to stay consistent. Want to stay consistently getting trained. I want you to consistently get better and better. We don’t want you to get injured. That’s the last thing we want is for you to get injured. I want you to stay healthy. We want you to stay focused. We want you to feel good when you come in and not have felt comfortable doing any of the movements. Feeling comfortable doing any of the movements please let us know. We will change that immediately. We will change that and even modify it. You can modify it. Just let the coach know. Raise your hand when you come in and the coach will be able to modify everything.
You won’t be the only one modifying things. Don’t feel uncomfortable just because you have to modify something. Everyone understands that people get injured. Everyone understands that people don’t like high-risk movements. A lot of our clients don’t like Iris movements because they don’t want to get injured. A lot of their people want to use this so they can get their everyday life better. And if you get injured then you can’t do your everyday life better. Most of those movements are all just to show off.
Feels might be going to a gym where you are doing a lot of high-impact movements. Those high-impact movements are not necessary. A lot of people use those to show off and show off their skills while working out. But you don’t need to do those. It’s just hard on your body. Lot of those movements are extremely hard on your body that you don’t need to do. You just want to work out and do low-impact movements that are still getting the same workout in as the height and packed movement. He might be doing fewer jumps.
