Best Gym in Boise | Do You Need To Do Strength Training?
Kvell is the best gym in Boise to not jump. We don’t have any movements we have to jump. If you’re the type that is scared of jumping in this is the Denver area. He won’t have to jump anywhere. There will be movements for your jump if you’d like to. But you’re not forced to. You don’t have to jump if you don’t want to. You don’t have to jump because we understand jumping is a high-risk movement. Jumping and hurting someone sneeze. Jumping can hurt your back or your knees are your shins. It could lead to injury. And we don’t want that. We do low-impact movement so you don’t get in there. We’re not doing anything high-risk. You don’t have to jump with Kvell. We have three different level movements. Level one is the foundation of Fitness. Level one is for you to get bodyweight work. It’s going to be bodyweight movements and you’re going to just get the foundation down. Is functional fitness we’re just going to get the basics down. To learn how to do a simple squat with a box. You are going to learn how to do those and you are going to learn to do much more. I am going to learn how to do simple movements. Just the foundation so you can get the hang of things. I want you to get the hang of things so you don’t get injured. We don’t want you to get injured here we want you to make sure that you would get the best workout possible without getting injured.
A lot of gyms do box jumps a lot of CrossFit Gyms do box jumps and things that you have to jump. You can do lunch jumps and squat jumps. And we do have those. We don’t have Box Tops what we have the rest. We have squat jumps and we have lunch drums. And we have side to side John Serbia friend backgrounds. We will have those kinds of movements but you don’t have to do them. We have three different levels to level 2 and level 3 or more Dynamic movements. Kvell is the best room in Boise to not have to do any movements with jumps. Some of the movements when you go up to level 2 or level 3 might have some jumps in it. But you don’t have to do it. You don’t have to do it and you don’t feel like you need to either at the Best Gym in Boise.
The two different things and levels Freddy wants for this level. Level one is the basics. Level one is for people that haven’t been to the gym before taking a break. We want to make sure we strengthen those tendons and ligaments before going too hard. The rest is level 2 and level 3. They’re more than they make movements that require tendons and ligaments to be strong. We want to make sure tendons and ligaments are strong before moving on to these levels because we don’t want you to get injured. But level 300 you’ll probably see where the jobs are. You’ll see jumps such as squat jumps in lunchtime sound level three. But you don’t have to do them. I don’t feel forced to do it because you don’t have to if you don’t want to.
If you want to do level three movements and go for it. We’re not going to stop you from challenging yourself and working hard. Kvell is the best gym in Boise to not have to do lunchtime or anything with gems. You don’t have to do them. You’re not going to be the only one not doing them. You’re going to see a bunch of people with movements. You’ll see a bunch of people possibly not doing those movements. Because they want to make sure that they don’t injure themselves.
