We want you to succeed so we’re going to start with week 1. Week one is the start of a new face. It’s where you’re going to take it easy. It’s where you’re going to get the hang of things and figure out what works best for you. Succeeding is very important. And when you do that then you feel really accomplished. You’re going to feel really accomplished after Kvell. You got to feel accomplished because what we do here is we’re going to help you succeed. We’re going to help you every step of the way. We want you to succeed more than anything else in the world and we’re going to help you do so. We want to help you do so when you want to make sure that you’re doing it and having fun. I want you to have fun but we also want you to get results. That’s why we start with level one and then we go to level two movements. Level two movements are when your tendons and ligaments are strong. Level two movements require your tendons and ligaments to be strong in order to do the movements properly. Level three movements are something we’d dial in down the road.
We want everyone to start with level 1 movement. Level 1 movements is the foundation of Fitness. It’s where you’re going to get the hang of things and so are you going to figure out what works best for you and what doesn’t work best for you. We want everyone to feel this way. We want everyone to get the hang of things. Kvell is the best gym in Boise because you want you to succeed. We’re not going to tell you to go all out every single day. We’re not going to do that because that’s not the best way to succeed. That leads to possible injury. That leads to possible burn out and then you’re not going to want to come back in. We want you to take it easy the first week. That’s when you are going to get the hang of things. And then the second me comes along and that’s when you’re going to practice those movements. You’re going to see the same movements you did the first week in September going to go to level 2 week 2 and it’s going to be a little more challenging. We wanted to be a little more challenging so then that’s when you practice and that’s when you get better and better. And then week 3 comes along and that’s when you get to challenge yourself. That’s when you get to challenge yourself and go as hard as you can. You’re going to be sweaty and you’re going to be tired. Doing the rest. Is very low in the work. Ty. He also want go your week 3. Your week 3 means going all out.
When you go all out that means you’re going to get the best workout possible. That means you’re going to be set up for Success because your practice already. You’re not going to get injured because you are going to be taking it easy the first couple times. And then you’re going to go harder and harder. This is how I want you to do it.
