You’re going to be sore in your legs. We’re going to be doing a lot of squats. We are going to be doing a lot of lunges. We are going to be doing a lot of movements in your legs. You are going to be doing a lot of glute work. Your butt is going to be sore. Your legs are going to be sore. Your quads are going to be sore. Your calves are going to be sore. Our shins are going to be sore. We don’t want your shins to be sore. It should and should not be sore. If you’re too sore the next day then that’s understandable. Go for a long walk.
