Optimizing your sleep is really important. It all starts with a sleep ritual between 9 to 10 AM. Get your night started. If you’d like to wash your face or feel like taking a shower then do it between 9 and 10 pm. When you do that then you’ll be able to start your sleep ritual and you’ll be able to start slowing down for the day. If you are on the go all the time and you might be on the go when you go to bed and less do something in a routine that you do at night. If you like to wash your face and put on all your face cream. If you like to take a shower and put on some lotion. Whatever it is and whatever you like to do then do that starting around 9 to 10 pm.

If you fall asleep between 10 and 11 p.m. then that’s how you’re going to get on a good course. Fall asleep between then but it is all dependent on what your circadian rhythm is.
