We want you to figure out what works for you because we wanted us to be something that you can stay consistent with. If you say you start off at 6 a.m. but you’re not a morning person and you’re not going to stay consistent and then you’ll feel down upon yourself. Then you won’t feel good about yourself because you haven’t worked out. Because you haven’t been able to work out as much as you’d like because you are not a morning person. If you’re not a morning person that doesn’t work out in the morning. Pick a time that works for you and some of that you can stay consistent with. If you start with that time and you won’t feel bad about it.

We don’t feel bad about it. I want you to be able to come in and work out whenever works best for you. We have sessions all throughout the day. Sessions in the morning and recessions in the afternoon we have sessions in the evening. Recessions Monday Wednesday and Friday to make sure that we have a spot for you. You can do that all at the same time because at the levels are customizable. If you’re strong in your legs and move up in level. But if you’re weaker in your arms and you need to still tighten your strengthen your tendons and ligaments then go down and levels. You can go up and wait and you can go down and wait. If you think you need something heavier than go ahead and grab something heavier. You are not stuck with whatever you choose in the beginning. You can change it up and you can figure out what works best for you. When you figure out what works best for you then that’s when you’re going to get the best workout possible because we wanted to be challenging but we also don’t want you to get injured.

The last thing you want to do to get injured so that’s why I want you to strengthen your tendons and ligaments first. Strengthen your tendons and ligaments is really important.
