With the long weekend behind us we are faced with an abbreviated week.  You can’t get the “Mondays” and you are already midway through the week. It is time to get to work and sprint for the next 4 days.

Short weeks are a great time step on the pedal.  You feel refreshed from the break and can see the light at the end of the tunnel.  Use this time to get more done than you would with a 5-day week.

Work expands to fill the time available for its completion. A proverb coined by the twentieth-century British scholar C. Northcote Parkinson, known as Parkinson’s Law. It points out that people usually take all the time allotted (and frequently more) to accomplish any task. -Dictionary.com
