Here at Kvell we design workout programs (not just “Workouts of the Day” that have no rhyme or reason) that are efficient, effective, and safe.
Each workout program produces rapid body transformations by decreasing fat, increasing lean muscle & strength, and improving flexibility, mobility, and athleticism in as little at two thirty minute sessions per week.
Our workout programs are NOT:
– A fad, we do what is tested and proven to provide real lasting results.
– Random workouts that make you sweat and breathe hard, but produces no lasting results. Our sole focus is your results. Our programs are specifically designed to ensure you achieve them over a period of time.
– Crossfit, Jazzercise, Zumba, Boot Camp, etc. Our program is real, science-backed, proven fitness training.
– Lead by coaches and trainers who have no idea what they are going or are on their cell phone half the time. Our coaches are college educated, career fitness coaches. They are well trained on ensuring you perform movements properly every second you are at Kvell. They are completed dedicated to getting you results.
All of our clients go through the Kvell Curriculum to ensure we are building upon a strong foundation of movement and fitness for rapid lasting results, long term adherence, and injury prevention. The curriculum starts with Kvell 101 training program and workouts.
Kvell Level 1 Movements: Build A Solid Foundation
Kvell level 1 movements ensure you are technically sound and strong in the base human movement patterns.
Kvell level 1 movements are designed to establish concrete foundations for your fitness to reduce injury and make all other types of exercise and play more enjoyable!
Tendons and ligaments are slower to adapt to exercise than muscle. This is why you see people getting injuries when they jump 100% into a new exercise program. Their muscles can handle it, but their tendons and ligaments can’t.
Kvell level 1 movements serve as general physical preparedness training for more specific and difficult level 2 and 3 movements. It is vital that you do not skip over these critical movements if you are new to our program. Even though you think you may be able to go to the next level we encourage you to master level 1 first.
Kvell Level 2 Movements: Become a BEAST!
Kvell level 2 movements are designed to build on the solid foundation created through the mastery of level 1.
Kvell level 2 movements increase the technical difficulty, load, and range of motion of your training session. Thus, increasing your total work capacity, strength, and athleticism.
When you can complete an entire training session performing Kvell Level 3 movements the entire time you have graduated to a BEAST!
